objective: to contrast analysis of abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy diagnosis. Methods: 60 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy ultrasound examination results were analyzed. Results: abdominal ultrasound found attachment area of 17 cases of pregnant bursa bag piece, transvaginal ultrasound found attachment area gestation sac or bag piece of 43 cases. Conclusion: for less than 3 cm of ectopic pregnancy bag piece, the effect of using vaginal ultrasound was better than abdominal ultrasound, but is affected by the depth, and position higher for those bag piece, vaginal ultrasound showed less satisfaction. Check if the two together can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy.
