摘要
小儿睾丸鞘膜积液中医称“水疝”，其因由于先天不足，肾的气化不利，小儿素体脾虚，津液输布失司，水湿内聚，下注阴囊所致。我们采用加味五苓散治疗此症，全方因具有利水渗湿、温阳化气之功效，故收到满意疗效，值得在临床实践中推广和应用。
Abstract
