目的：探讨血常规仪器结果与镜检结果差异的比较。方法：通过推片、染色等方法看结果是否与仪器结果一致。结果：嗜酸细胞增多、或异形淋巴细胞增多、或幼稚细胞出现等必须做镜检。
Abstract
objective to investigate the result of blood routine instrument and the result of microscopy difference comparison. Methods by driving chip and dyeing method is consistent with the results of instrument. Results acidophil increase, or alien lymphocytes increase, or immature cells appear must do microscopy, etc.
