摘要
目的：免煎中药治疗老年急性阑尾炎的诊治体会进行分析。将30例老年阑尾炎患者按照情况分为中药治疗组和手术治疗组，并对其治疗中出现的征兆进行记录和分析。结果：中药治疗组患者平均住院时间为4d，全部患者治愈出院。手术治疗的老年阑尾炎患者平均住院7d，这些患者中术后切口感染1例，术后出现粘连性肠梗阻1例，其余均痊愈。说明：中药治疗老年急性阑尾炎可以更快，更能减少感染的发生。结论：老年性阑尾炎发病症状不明显，手术治疗没有中药治疗效果好，手术治疗术后并发症多，对老年人来说不宜采用手术治疗。
Abstract
