摘要
目的：了解临床护理实习生针刺伤后的个人体验，分析针刺伤发生的原因及其影响，探讨其防护措施。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究法，对我院三乙医院11名实习生发生针刺伤的过程、处理方法、上报原因等内容进行分析。结果：违反操作规程、防护意识薄弱是发生针刺伤的主要原因，实习生针刺伤后主要表现为害怕、恐惧，觉得针刺伤的报告流程繁琐不想报告等。结论：护理部和院感科及护士长加强对针刺伤等不良事件的分析及讨论，督查实习生严格按操作流程进行操作，提高防范意识，进一步完善针刺伤支持系统，并将其纳入日常管理工作中。
Abstract
Objective to investigate the personal experience of nursing interns after needle stick injuries,to analysis the reason of the needle stick injuries and their effects,and explore preventive measures and strategies.Methods:using Phenomenological Research of qualitative research method to analysis the Process 、handling methods、the reason to report of 11 nursing interns in Third-level grade-B hospital when needle stick injuries happened.Results:needle stick injuries mostly result from the violation of operation regulations and protection conscious weakness. After needle stick injuries nursing interns mainly for fear、panic,think that The report process of needle stick injuries is too complicated to report and so on.conclusion: The department of nursing、the department of feeling and the nurse chiefs should enhance the analysis and discussion for the incidents on puncturing, they should coach and check the interns to operate the procedures strictly as asked, meanwhile,they need to improve the sense of being on guard to perfect the puncture-supporting system, and bring these details into the daily management as for work.
