低剂量多排螺旋CT在早产儿支气管肺发育不良的临床诊断价值

目的:探讨低剂量多排螺旋CT在早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的临床诊断价值。方法:对22例临床确诊的BPD早产患儿行低剂量多排螺旋CT扫描并对CT图像进行回顾性分析。结果:22例患儿的低剂量CT图像治疗量100%满足临床诊断要求。22例支气管肺发育不良的早产儿,表现有毛玻璃样病变10例;表现为大片状实变影5例,均可见充气支气管征;表现为囊泡状透亮影5例,其中3例表现为肺部广泛纤维化。结论:早产儿BPD低剂量多层螺旋CT检查图像质量可满足临床诊断要求,有较好的临床应用价值。
Purpose: To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value with low dose multi-detector CT (MDCT) in preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Methods: 22 preterm infants clinical y diagnosed with BPD underwent low dose MDCT scanning and the CT images were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Al the low dose MDCT image qualities of 22 cases (100%) meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis. Of the 22 preterm infants with BPD, ground-glass opacity lesions were found in 10 cases, and large sheet consolidation shadows with air bronchogram in 5 cases, the sac vesicular bright shadow in 5 cases, including diffuse pulmonary fibrosis in 3 cases. Conclusion: Low dose MDCT image quality can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis the premature BPD, which has good clinical application value.
