摘要
目的：探讨慢性阑尾炎急性发作的诊断及治疗方法。方法对本院20例慢性阑尾炎急性发作采取回顾性研究。结果本组20例，其中18例经治疗痊愈出院，余2例经后期治疗没有留下后遗症。结论慢性阑尾炎急性发作经过适当的处理是可以减少或避免并发症的产生。
Abstract
objective to explore the diagnosis and treatment of acute chronic appendicitis. Methods in 20 cases of chronic appendicitis, acute take retrospective study. Results al 20 cases, 18 cases recovered after the treatment of treatment, more than 2 cases after the late treatment did not leave sequela. Conclusion acute chronic appendicitis after appropriate treatment can reduce or avoid complications.
