摘要
目的：分析药房差错产生的原因及防范措施，提高药房服务质量。方法通过长期观察并记录差错原因，提出应对策略。结果工作人员责任心不强或精神状态不佳，专业知识和业务水平欠缺；未严格履行审核制度；药品摆放不合理等，是产生差错的主要原因。结论加强专业知识学习，提高业务能力；完善规章制度，严格审核，才能最大限度地预防差错。
Abstract
objective reason analysis of pharmacy errors and preventive measures, improve the quality of pharmacy services. Methods through long-term observation and record the error reason, put forward coping strategies. Results the staff responsibility heart is not strong or poor mental state, the lack of professional knowledge and service level; not strictly fulfil the audit system; drug put unreasonable and so on, are the main causes of errors. Conclusion strengthen professional knowledge, improve professional ability; perfect the rules and regulations, strict examination, to maximize the prevention of errors.
