I S O9001：2000质量管理体系以其灵活适用性、强相容性，逐步被渴望提高医疗服务质量的医院所主动采纳，为医院搭建起规范化、制度化、先进化的管理平台，促进医院管理质量逐步提高。医院信息是医院管理者决策的主要依据，信息质量的优劣在某种程度上制约着医院管理的水平。本文论述了在ISO质量管理体系认证过程中，应从哪些角度查找信息管理的薄弱环节，通过哪些途径解决存在问题，从而全面提高统计信息质量。
More and more hospitals which hope to improve their medical and service quality are adopting ISO 9001:2000, Quality management system to build standardized, ruled and modernized management plate to promote the hospital management. Information is the main basis for hospital administrators to make decision. To some extent, information quality determines the hospital management level. This article discussed the angels to prove information management weak aspects and how to resolve them so that to general y improve statistical information quality.
