消化道出血核医学显像加局部CT断层融合成像对诊断的临床意义评价

摘要
本文通过探讨消化道出血的核医学检查最佳成像技术及方法，评价消化道出血的单纯SPECT成像与SPECT成像加局部CT断层融合成像两者对临床诊断的意义，判断哪种方法更准确。进而得出结论：同一病人的消化道出血者，SPECT动态采集加局部CT断层融合成像技术的诊断率高，假阳性率低，灵敏度高，对临床更有意义，应用价值高，值得推广使用。
Abstract
To discuss the optimal process of nuclear medicine in gastrointestinal bleeding and evaluate the diagnostic effects of routine SPECT imaging and fusion imaging with CT(SPECT/CT). Conclusions: SPECT/CT fusion imaging may provide accurate diagnosis for the gastrointestinal bleeding patients and be worthy of promotion.
