摘要
目的：研究分析清润止咳方应用于慢性咳嗽肝火犯肺证的治疗效果。方法：择取2013.04-2014.04期间在我院接受治疗的48例慢性咳嗽肝火犯肺证患者，利用抽签法将其分成观察组与对照组，观察组24例患者采用清润止咳方进行治疗；对照组24例患者采用清咳平喘粒进行治疗。结果：观察组24例患者的临床总有效率为95.8%（23/24）显著性大于对照组的70.83%（17/24），差异P<0.05有统计学意义。两组患者经治疗后症状积分与治疗前相比均有所改善，且观察组患者改善程度更为明显，差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论：清润止咳方应用于慢性咳嗽肝火犯肺证的治疗具有较高的安全性，疗效值得肯定，在临床中实用、推广价值较高。
