Objective: to analyze clinical patients with bipolar disorder manic state o take pp azole joint valproate treatment curative effect. Methods: our hospital in recent 3 years were analyzed in 100 patients with bipolar disorder manic, randomly divided into AB in the two groups, one group A state o take pp azole joint valproic acid sodium solution treatment, group B to quetiapine combined valproic acid sodium solution treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Consequence: the total effective rate in group A patients was significantly higher than that of group B, the incidence of adverse reactions are much smal er than group B, the difference is statistical y significant (P<0.05). In addition, AB two groups of patients after treatment, the BRMS scores were decreased, decline in group A was significantly greater than group B, the difference is statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical use in patients with bipolar disorder manic state o pp azole joint valproate treatment, the effect significantly, the incidence of adverse reactions, working time is fast, is worth popularizing hospitals for clinical use.
