两种窝沟封闭术防龋效果的对照研究

摘要
目的：对比两种窝沟封闭术预防窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法：选择120例6～12岁儿童的480颗健康恒牙，分为对照组和观察组两组，分别采用窝沟釉质成形封闭术( EST )和窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术(CST )对窝沟封闭，对比研究来两种窝沟封闭术临床效果。结果：窝沟釉质成形封闭术封闭剂保留率和防龋效果均高于窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术。结论：两种封闭方法均有良好的临床疗效，但窝沟釉质成形封闭术的防龋效果优于窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术。
Abstract
Objective: To compare the two methods of pit and fissure sealant for prevention of clinical effect of pit and fissure caries. Methods: 480 health permanent teeth in 120 cases of 6~12 years old children, divided into the observation group and the control group two groups, respectively by enameloplasty sealant (EST) and conventional sealant technique (CST) on the pit and fissure sealant, comparative study of two kinds of pit and fissure sealant clinical effect. Results: enameloplasty sealant retention rate and anti caries effect was higher than that of conventional sealant technique. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of two closed method are good, but the enameloplasty superior anticaries effect of closure of conventional sealant technique.
