摘要
目的：探讨前路病灶清除减压植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的临床疗效。方法对39例胸腰椎结核患者进行前路病灶清除减压植骨融合内固定治疗，术前、术后行异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇三联抗结核并观察其疗效。结果36例患者获得随访（时间12个月～46个月（平均23.4个月）。末次随访CT证实植骨融合良好、全部为骨性愈合，植骨块无移位和吸收，植骨愈合时间3个月～6个月（平均为3.5个月）。Frankel分级2例B级患者恢复至D级，其余患者全部恢复至 E级。结论前路病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核疗效肯定，有利于患者的康复。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anterior debridement Treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis decompression and fusion. Methods 39 cases of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis patients with anterior debridement and fusion fixation decompression, preoperative and postoperative isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol triple antituberculosis and observe its effect Results 36 patients received fol ow-up (12 months ~46 months (mean 23.4 months).
