摘要
目的：观察养心止痛汤治疗气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择57例气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予调脂，抗凝，缓解心绞痛，抗血小板聚集等常规西医对症治疗，治疗组加服养心止痛汤，两组患者均治疗2周后，观察心绞痛的症状，中医症候，心电图的改变。结果治疗组对于心绞痛疗效，中医症候疗效和心电图改善情况方面明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论养心止痛汤可有效地防治气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛，并在临床上取得了一定的疗效。
Abstract
Objective observed yangxin analgesic soup treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type the curative effect of unstable angina. Methods 57 patients with unstable angina qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the two groups were given lipid, anticoagulation, relieving angina pectoris, antiplatelet aggregation and other conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, the treatment group take yangxin pain soup, two groups of patients were 2 weeks after treatment, to observe the symptom of angina and TCM symptom, electrocardiogram (ecg) changes. Results the treatment group for angina pectoris curative effect, Chinese medicine symptom curative effect and electrocardiogram improvement is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion yangxin pain soup can effective prevention and treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of unstable angina, and made a certain curative effect in clinic.
