摘要
本文通过总结护士长做好质量管理工作的方法，进而得出结论：能否做好护理质量管理是衡量护士长管理水平高低的一项重要指标。为了将质量管理工作做好，护士长应当加强学习，提高自己的素质，将各项规章制度落实到位，建立和完善护理质量控制体系，加强对各个环节的质量监控，这样才能将护理质量管理工作做好，才能保证护理工作的顺利进行。
Abstract
this paper summed up the head nurse to do the quality management job,then draws the conclusion: can do a good job in nursing quality management is an important index to measure the level of the head nurse management. In order to make the quality management work, the head nurse should strengthen study,improve the quality of their own, wil implement the rules and regulations in place,establish and improve the nursing quality control system, to enhance the quality control of each link, like this can work wel to ensure nursing quality management,nursing work smoothly.
