不同民族护生心理健康状况调查分析

目的:探讨不同民族护生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为及时发现不同民族实习护生的心理问题,有针对性的对其进行心理健康教育和心理问题干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我院92名不同民族实习护生进行问卷调查。结果护生的心理健康水平低于国内部分地区大学生常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);汉族和少数民族护生在躯体化、强迫、敌对性、精神病性方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理素质是人才综合素质的重要组成部分[1],带教老师应重视临床实习护生特别是少数民族护生的心理健康状况,在临床带教过程中予以帮助,以期提高护生的综合素质和临床实践能力,更好的服务于广大患者。
Objective To investigate the factors of mental health status of nursing students and the influence of different nationalities, in order to find out the psychological problems of student nurses of different ethnic groups, targeted for their mental health education and psychological intervention.Method Using the symptom checklist (SCL-90) on 92 different national nursing students conducted a questionnaire survey.Result The mental health level of nurses were lower than students in parts of the national norm, the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05); Han and minority students in somatization, compulsion, hostility, psychotic have significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion psychological quality is an important part of the overal quality of talent [1], should pay attention to the clinical nursing students especial y the psychological health status of nursing students in the minority, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students and clinical practice ability, better services for patients.
