摘要
目的：分析肇庆市近4年单采血小板的献血情况，了解本市成分献血和招募的现状，探讨扩大和稳定单采血小板无偿献血者队伍的方法，确保临床用血的需要。方法收集本站2010年至2013年单采血小板采集量、性别与献血量以及互助献血的情况进行归类、统计分析。结果全市单采血小板采血量逐年上升明显，男性献血者明显多于女性，献单分的比献双份较多，互助献血比例持续增长明显。结论有针对性的加强宣传，稳固单采血小板无偿献血者队伍，鼓励捐献双份血小板，适当提倡互助献血，并发展为固定的献血者，能有效地确保临床急救用血的需要。
Abstract
Objective Analysis of zhaoqing city nearly 4 years solid platelets of blood donation, understand the composition of blood donation to the city and the present situation of the recruitment, discuss method of platelet unpaid blood donors and stable solid team, to ensure that the needs of the clinical use.Methods Col ect I stand between 2010 and 2013, solid, gender and blood platelet col ection capacity and classify the mutual aid of blood donation, and statistical analysis. Results Municipal solid blood platelet gather up year by year, more men than women donors clearly, offer more than offer a double single points, mutual blood donation rate continues to grow significantly. Conclusion Targeted to strengthen propaganda, solid solid platelet donors were team, encourage donated platelets, double appropriate advocate mutual blood donation, and for the development of fixed blood donors, can effectively ensure the need of clinical emergency blood use.
