Analysis of Causes and Related factors of Un-elderly Patients With Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage
Objective:To discuss the causes and related factors of un-elderly patients with upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage. Method: Study the clinical date of 180 cases of upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage, who received the treatment from Dec,2012 to Mar.2013 retrospectively.Results: Among al 180cases of upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage,there are 65 cases are caused by peptic ulcer,47 cases are caused by esophageal and gastric varices,32 cases are caused by gastrointestinal tumor,20 cases are caused by acute gastric mucosal lesion and 16 cases are caused by other reasons. Male patients are more than female patients, middle-age patients(30-60y) are more than young patients(≤ 30y).Conclusion: Among al factors which cause the disease, peptic ulcer is the main one, esophageal and gastric varices and gastrointestinal tumor are folowing.Male middle-age patients have higher risk of upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage, doctors should put emphasis on them and provide immediate intervention to avoid any possibility of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
