目的：探讨优质细节心理干预对老年癌症患者生活质量影响。方法：取我院2011年-2012年80例老年癌症患者随机分成观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），观察组给予优质细节心理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理干预。对比两组生命质量测定量表评分。结果：护理干预后观察组老年患者生命质量测定量表得分明显优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：优质细节心理干预能显著提高老年癌症患者的生活质量。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the details of quality psychological intervention on quality of life in elderly cancer patients affected. Methods: Hospital 2011 -2012 80 cases of elderly cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), observation group were given details of quality psychological intervention in the control group were treated with routine care intervention. Compared two groups of quality of life scores. Results: The quality of nursing intervention in elderly patients in the observation group life measurement scores than the control group, the difference between groups was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high-quality detail psychological intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly cancer patients.
