Clinical observation on large dose of ambroxol in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of large dose of ambroxol in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS). Methods The 78 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were given comprehensive treatment, The treatment group received a large dose of ambroxol on the basis of comprehensive treatment, the ambroxol, a dose of 7.5mg/kg, was injected by intravenous after diluted with 5ml 0.9% NaCl injection. Once every six hours and the course of treatment was dive days. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.5%). Al patients receiving treatment after 12h and 48h, oxygen partial pressure were significantly increased, and the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Discussion Large doses of ambroxol has a good clinical efficacy on the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, and deserves to be generalized in clinic.
