摘要
目的：研究A F钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的治疗方法和临床效果。方法：将2011年11月至2013年11月于我院就诊的36例胸腰椎骨折患者进行AF钉内固定术，并对患者康复情况进行随访，对其治疗效果和恢复情况进行研究。结果：36例胸腰椎骨折患者在术后5-30个月进行随访，无断钉断棒病例发生，发现内固定松动患者3例，不明原因导致腰痛患者4例。结论：AF钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折，必须在严格把握手术适应症的基础上，充分植骨，手术过程需要准确定位、仔细规范操作，防止早期活动负重，有利于及时取出患者内固定。
Abstract
Study the clinical efficacy of AF pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture. Methods: In our hospital from 2011 November ?2013year in November 36 cases of thoracic and lumbar fracture treated by AF pedicle screw fixation. Folow-up al patients’ condition and evaluate the AF pedicle screw fixation’ efficacy. Results: 36 patients were folowed up, folow-up time ranged from 5 to 18 months. There no AF broken be founded in al Cases. There were three cases appeared the loosening of screw fixation. Four patients felt lumbago for unexplained reason. Conclusion: AF pedicle screw fixation not only must be carried in the base of proficiency charge of patients’ condition but also need to located the accurate operation position. AF pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture can restore patients’ vertebral body height and the spinal cord compression syndromes. It’s advantages included easy adjustment, curative effect satisfaction, simple structure and so on. Therefore the AF pedicle screw fixation is worth the clinical extensive for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture.
