Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the high frequency ultrasound guided puncture, rinse combination milimeter wave therapy breast abscess in lactming. Methods The data of breast abscess in lactming in Mammary gland branch of our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 were reviewed. They were randomly divided into study group A group and control group B group. Study group included 136 cases with high frequency ultrasound guided puncture, rinse combination milimeter wave treatment,control group included 98 cases of incision and drainage . Results Study group A group: 125 cases were cured, the cure rate was 91.9%, 11 cases of minimaly invasive therapy changed after the operation incision. The healing time was (9.3 ± 6.2) d, (2.1 ± 1.1) pain classification, (870 ± 602) element cost;Control group B group:97 cases were cured, the cure rate was 91.9%,1 case of mammary fistula .The cure time was (15.4 ± 7.6) d, pain grade (5.7 ± 1.4),(5500 ± 1700) element cost.Study group on the cure time, pain rating and cost were significantly lower than the control group (p<0.01).Conclusions This method of therapy breast abscess in lactating with smal trauma, less pain, simple and quick recovery, is an effective, safe, feasible method.
