目的：探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及脂联素的水平与老年高血压的关系。方法：选取2012年03月～2012年10月在我科住院的高血压患者90例作为观察组,对照组为同期在我院体检的健康老人90例。记录所有患者一般临床资料并测定Hcy、VEGF及脂联素水平。结果：观察组患者的H c y水平高于对照组（P<0.05)，VEGF及脂联素水平低于对照组（P<0.05)。结论：在老年高血压病患者中存在高同型半胱氨酸血症、低血管内皮生长因子血症及低脂联素血症，提示三者可能与老年高血压病有一定关联。
Objective:Investigate the relationship of plasma homocysteine (Hcy), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and adiponectinlevels in hypertension in the elderly. Methods:Select 90 cases from March 2012 to October 2012 in hypertensive patients hospitalized in our department as the observation group,90 cases in the control gro-up for the same period in our hospital examination of healthy elderly.Records of al patients with clinical data and determination of Hcy, VEGF and adiponectin.Results:Hcy levels is higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),VEGF and adiponectin levels is lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are high homocysteine,Low VEGF hyperlipidemia and hypoadiponectinemia in elde-rly hypertensive patients,tip the three index may have some associat-ion with elderly hypertension.
