Teaching Experience for Refresher Neurosurgeons in Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery
Objective To explore how to improve Refresher neurosurgeons education in Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery. Methods Refresher neurosurgeons have been trained in the ways of medical ethics improving,study of cerebrovascular disease theoretical strengthening,individual practical guiding. Results Refresher neurosurgeons have benefited from the individual practice and guidance, even with a short period. Conclusion This practice improves the overal quality of refresher neurosurgeons training in cerebrovascular neurosurgery.
