objective: to analysis of arrhythmia in heart failure decoction combined the clinical effect of chronic heart failure. Methods: colected from June 2010 - June 2013 the combination of the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia during the 128 cases of patients with chronic heart failure as the research object, adopt the way of randomized patients were divided into trial group and control group, each group of patients in 64 cases. Control group adopts the model of conventional western medicine treatment, patients in control group plus soup with heart failure treatment, on the basis of the analysis of the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results: the results showed that the curative effect of observation group of patients is better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the decoction combined arrhythmia heart failure of chronic heart failure has good clinical effect, is worth popularization in clinical application.
