腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术（罗湖术式）直肠损伤护理

摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术（罗湖术式)直肠损伤发生的原因，预防和处理的方法及护理。方法：对罗湖术式所出现的直肠损伤围手术期护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：306例罗湖术式出现直肠损伤13例，经术中直接修补和术后直肠阴道瘘修补术后均愈合。结论：罗湖术式术中直肠损伤直接修补及术后直肠阴道瘘保留瘘口旁组织及切除瘘管及周围疤痕。围手术期护理对保障手术成功有重要临床意义。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the causes of rectal injuries during laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty (Luohu operation) and assess measures and nursing that can be taken to increase safety of the operation. Methods: Data of patients with rectal injuries that occurred during Luohu’s vaginoplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Three hundred and six patients received Luohu’s vaginoplasty. Rectal injuries occurred in 13 patients, Al patients recovered after direct repair or postoperative rectovaginal fistula repair.Conclusion: Retaining the tissues or scars around the rectovaginal fistula can be successfuly repaired, either when they are recognized during the operation or within a few months postoperatively. Preoperative and postoperative nursing are very important for rectal injuries.
