Elderly patients after pneumonectomy complications and nursing observation
Objective: To investigate elderly patients with complications after pneumonectomy care effect. Methods: The hospital in March 2010 were treated 94 cases of patients with primary lung cancer resection of lung, patients with complications after surgery appear to be active and effective prevention, close observation of the patient's condition and give targeted treatments. Results: Al patients after surgery, 13 patients had pulmonary edema, 12 cases of arrhythmia, breathing difficulties after surgery in 11 patients, 4 patients had pulmonary infection and atelectasis, were cured after treatment. Conclusion: Complications after surgery in elderly patients timely observation and care, can effectively relieve the patient's condition and improve the efficiency of surgical treatment, worthy of clinical application.
