objective to investigate and analyze intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage clinical therapeutic effects of vasospasm.Methods from January 2012 - January 2014 intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage vasospasm of 72 cases of patients, two groups were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (n = 36).Control group given conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment gives the ligustrazine hydrochloride injection adr mentioned joint injection treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results through treatment, the control group 26 cases (72.2%), 10 cases died (27.8%), effective treatment group 32 cases (88.9%), 4 cases died (11.1%).Treatment group in efficient, mortality and complications were superior to that in control group, significant difference, the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion ligustrazine hydrochloride injection adr mentioned joint injection treatment of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage vasospasm has good effectiveness, safety performance is high, fewer complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
