摘要
目的：探讨神经妥乐平治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的神经根性疼痛的疗效。方法将2013年2月～2014年2月在我院诊治的126例以腰椎间盘突出为主要原因引起的坐骨神经痛患者随机分为两组，观察组63例患者给予神经妥乐平治疗，对照组63例患者给予脱水治疗，观察两组患者的疗效。结果两组治疗后疼痛VAS得分随着时间的变化有显著性差异，观察组治疗后疼痛改善情况明显优于对照组；治疗10d后观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论神经妥乐平治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的神经根性疼痛临床疗效显著，且安全性好，故值得临床广泛应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore Neurotropin in treatment of lumbar disc caused by nerve root pain of curative effect. Methods Wil in February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 126 cases of lumbar disc as the main causes of sciatica patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group 63 cases patients with Neurotropin treatment, 63 patients were treated dehydration treatment, to observe the curative effect of two groups. Result The two groups after treatment pain VAS scores as the change of time have significant difference, but the group of pain after treatment was observed obviously better than that of control group; 10 d after treatment the curative effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group. Conclusion Neurotropin in treatment of lumbar disc caused by nerve root pain clinical curative effect is distinct, And the security is good,it is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
