The nursing intervention in patients with early emergency abortion value analysis of postoperative rehabilitation
Objective: to study the nursing intervention in patients with emergency abortion in early postoperative rehabilitation. Methods: our hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology emergency early abortion patients 156 cases were randomly divided into control group of 74 cases and observation group 82 cases, control group in the implementation of general outpatient care of family planning operation, the implementation of nursing intervention on the basis of observation group in the control group. By the self-assessment lists of anxiety of patients with preoperative and postoperative anxiety symptom score, the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients were observed. Results: observation group after the implementation of psychological nursing intervention anxiety score significantly lower than the control group (P < o. 05), the observation group of postoperative recovery rate is higher than the control group. Conclusion: nursing intervention can significantly improve anxiety in patients with early abortion emergency operation, is advantageous to the emergency operation, promote patients recover.
