The clinical curative effect and the evaluation of ifosfamide, etoposide and cisplatin in the treatment of smal cel lung cancer
Objective Effect of ifosfamide (IFO), Ashikagayo Oto (VP-16) and cisplatin (DDP) clinical efficacy and adverse effects of IEP regimen combined with composition of the treatment of smal celllung cancer. Method In 22 cases of smal celllung cancer were treated with IEP regimen: IFO 1200mg/m2 IV drip, for 1 - 5 days after IFO respectively; 0, 4, 8h infusion mesna (Mesna) 0.4g; VP-16 75mg IV drip, for 1 - 5 days; DDP 20mg/m2, for 1 - 5 days each; 3 to 4 weeks to repeat the cycle, 3 - 4 cycles for a course. Result 3 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy, 3 cases in 22 cases of CR, 15 cases of PR. The total effective rate was 81.8%. The main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression:neutropenia occurred in 68.5%, grade II or IV 31.8%. Conclusion P regimen in the treatment of smal celllung cancer has a good effect, worthy of further study.
