摘要
目的：探讨观察针灸中药相结合治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：从我院神经内科的脑梗死患者中选取135例恢复期患者为观察对象，分为三组， A组为针灸治疗组，B组为中药治疗组，C组为针药结合组，观察三组患者的临床效果。结果：本次观察135例患者均完成治疗，C组总有效率为95.6%，明显优于A组的86.7%和B组的84.4%。结论：针灸和中药结合治疗恢复期的脑梗死患者，疗效确切，优于单纯的针灸和中药治疗。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combining traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 135 cases of patients in the recovery stage were selected from Department of internal medicine nerve in our hospital in patients with cerebral infarction, were divided into three groups, group A treated group and B treatment group, Chinese medicine, group C with group for acupuncture, to observe the clinical effect of three groups of patients. Results: the observation of 135 cases of patients completed the treatment, total effective rate of group C was 95.6%, significantly higher than in group A 86.7% and group B 84.4%. Conclusion: the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction recovery period, combined acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine curative effect, acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment is better than pure.
