Objective: To investigate the use of 3% hypertonic saline local flushing of sinusitis and improvement of various symptoms, relieve the pain of patients, the clinical treatment of the disease to provide reference.Methods: 50 patients diagnosed with acute sinusitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group was given 250mL of 3% saline flush, once a day, for 1 weeks; control group without saline flush the remaining treatment the same way, in the treatment process of third days and fifth days, difference scores were compared between the two groups sinusitis in patients with clinical symptoms, signs.Results: the symptom scores were compared between two groups had significant difference, the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: the patients with acute sinusitis using 3% hypertonic saline flushing in clinical, the mucosal edema can effectively reduce, promote sinus drainage, inhibit the growth of bacteria, and can improve the mucosal epithelial electric permeability, to aleviate the suffering of patients to improve the quality of life was good.
