Objective: To explore a common cause of bile leakage after liver surgery and clinical prevention and treatment measures. Methods: Selection in March, 2013 - March 2014 in our department liver and galbladder surgery in 94 patients of bile leakage after biliary leakage reasons and handling measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The reasons of postoperative bile leakage is relatively complex, first non-surgical treatment in 94 cases of patients cured 87 patients during hospitalization, the cure rate was 92.55%, and the treatment effect is obvious, families and patients are satisfied. Conclusion: Liver and galbladder surgery, biliary leakage has various reasons and treatment of bile leakage, non-surgical treatment effect is better, but the key is in and prevention, if bile leakage has occurred, to do wel drainage, if leakage amount is larger, to take timely surgical treatment, and to make effective preventive measures, to reduce the occurrence of bile leakage.
