摘要
目的：观察分析服用自拟补肾柔肝方治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法：将121例确诊为卵巢早衰的患者随机分为两组，对照组60例服用西药治疗，治疗组61例在对照组治疗基础上服用自拟补肾柔肝方治疗，治疗3个月后，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组显效率为65.6%，总有效率为88.5%，明显优于对照组的30%，73.3%。结论：服用中药补肾柔肝方治疗卵巢早衰能明显改善患者的临床症状，改善和恢复卵巢功能，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect analysis since taking Bushen Rougan Decoction in treating premature ovarian failure. Method: 121 cases of patients were randomly divided into premature ovarian failure into two groups, 60 cases in the control group taking western medicine treatment, the treatment group of 61 cases in the control group based on taking the self-made Bushen Rougan decoction, 3 months after treatment, to observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients. Results: the treatment group was 65.6%, the total effective rate was 88.5%, significantly better than the control group 30%, 73.3%. Conclusion: the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Rougan Decoction in treating premature ovarian failure patients can be significantly improved, improve and restore ovarian function, improve the quality of life of patients.
