Objective: Explore anatomic plate internal fixation treatment of distal tibial fracture curative effect. Methods: Selected from January 2013 to January 2014, 68 patients with fracture of the distal tibia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 34 cases, control group treated by intramedulary pin, the treatment group USES the anatomic plate internal fixation treatment, compare the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results: Fracture healing was 94.12%, the treatment group was obviously superior to control group 82.35%, comparing the two groups statisticaly significant difference (p < 0.05); The incidence of complications in treatment group was obviously lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Distal tibial fracture applied anatomic plate internal fixation treatment, has the operation simple, the curative effect, fixed and reliable, able to support in patients with early activity, effectively promote fracture healing, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
