摘要
目的：探讨解剖型钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的68例胫骨远端骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各34例，对照组采用髓内针治疗，治疗组采用解剖型钢板内固定治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组骨折愈合优良率为94.12%，明显优于对照组的82.35%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）；治疗组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组( P<0.05)。结论：胫骨远端骨折应用解剖型钢板内固定治疗，具有手术简单、疗效确切，固定可靠，能够支持患者尽早活动，有效促进骨折愈合，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: Explore anatomic plate internal fixation treatment of distal tibial fracture curative effect. Methods: Selected from January 2013 to January 2014, 68 patients with fracture of the distal tibia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 34 cases, control group treated by intramedulary pin, the treatment group USES the anatomic plate internal fixation treatment, compare the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results: Fracture healing was 94.12%, the treatment group was obviously superior to control group 82.35%, comparing the two groups statisticaly significant difference (p < 0.05); The incidence of complications in treatment group was obviously lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Distal tibial fracture applied anatomic plate internal fixation treatment, has the operation simple, the curative effect, fixed and reliable, able to support in patients with early activity, effectively promote fracture healing, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
