Objective: To investigate the importance of the implementation of humane care to accompany childbirth in the delivery room. Methods: 2013 6 to 12 months into my maternity hospital 108 cases of maternal random number table grouping wil be implemented in 48 cases of maternal care routine set to the control group, the implementation of the "one to one" humane care to accompany childbirth 60 cases of maternal observation group to assess maternal and birth outcomes were compared, summed maternity care experience. Results: The mothers in labor time (first, second and third stage of labor), the mode of delivery (natural childbirth, midwifery and cesarean section) and Apgar score, etc. are to be compared with the control group superiority (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of human companionship care delivery in the delivery room, can effectively reduce maternal labor time and improve the natural birth rate guarantee safe motherhood, is the key to the next level of care hospital units to improve the delivery room, it is recommended to strengthen the popularization and application.
