Nursing intervention in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patients with inhalation of oxygen-driven analysis of the role of
Objective: To explore the nursing intervention idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in patients with inhalation of oxygen-driven role. Methods: from September 2011 to June 2013 of pulmonary fibrosis patients admitted to our hospital a total of 80 respiratory medicine, wil they randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. General care patients in the control group, no special intervention in the observation group were treated with care interventions, by observing the incidence rate and the two groups of patients with adverse reactions to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions observed in patients was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05); combination rate was significantly higher in patients in the observation group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with pulmonary interstitial oxygen atomizing inhalation, the effect of nursing interventions obviously, very necessary, worthy of clinical application.
