Aspirin treatment of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis and its impact study on the clinical effects of statins on arterial plaque
Objective: To observe aspirin statin therapy in elderly patients with clinical effect on cerebral and analyze their impact on arterial plaque. Methods : The hospital in December 2010 -2012 December 98 cases of cerebral thrombosis treatment of elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 49 people in the control group received conventional aspirin treatment, observation group was given aspirin statin therapy , two groups of patients for efficacy and comparative analysis of arterial plaque . Results: The patients with total efficiency , and improve the effectiveness of carotid intima plates was significantly higher in patients with contrast between the two groups, the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: Aspirin statin therapy can improve the clinical effects of cerebral thrombosis , improve the patient's prognosis , worthy of clinical application.
