Early cervical cancer clinical study of 50 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical
Objective : To investigate the laparoscopic radical resection of cervical safety, effectiveness and feasibility of early cervical cancer treatment , and to analyze its clinical effect. Methods: January 2008 to January 2011 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic radical resection of 50 cases of cervical cancer patients for the study early , through retrospective analysis of clinical data and a three-year postoperative folow-up , explore its clinical effect. Results: At our hospital laparoscopic radical resection of 50 cases of cervical cancer patients had successful surgery early , after three years of folow-up, none of the patients involved in the study of human cervical cancer recurrence or complications ; 45 patients after 1 restore normal menstrual month , after another five cases of nursing intervention also went back to normal menstruation ; 13 patients in a second pregnancy after three years , of which 10 cases of abortion in the second trimester , two cases of pregnancy, 14 weeks , one case of pregnant 20 weeks. Conclusions: Laparoscopic radical resection of early stage cervical cancer, a significant effect, worthy of promotion.
