Objective: To study the lipid regulating effect of simvastatin treatment in patients with coronary artery disease effect. Methods: 70 cases of coronary heart disease from 2012 January to 2013 October in our hospital for treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in observation group, simvastatin 40mg daily treatment; 35 cases in the control group, simvastatin 10mg treatment every day. Results: the two groups after treatment TC, LDL-C, TG were significantly decreased, HDL-C increased significantly, and the observation group was better than control group. No statistical y significant difference between the two groups of patients with adverse reactions (P > 0.05). Conclusion: simvastatin for two doses can effectively realize the lipid regulating effect, safety, to recommend appropriate dosage increase, in order to get better curative effect.
