objective: to analysis the clinical treatment of patients with acute cardiovascular and therapeutic effect. Methods: col ected from July 2012 - July 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 74 cases of patients with acute cardiovascular as the research object, with the method of retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients, treatment methods and treatment effects were summarized. Results: the results showed that the patients achieved good clinical effect after drug treatment, among them, 34 cases were markedly improved, 45.95% of the total, 27 cases, accounting for 36.49% of the total, 13 cases, accounting for 17.57% of the total, the total effective rate was 82.44%, the effect of treatment of acute angina is better than that of the acute heart infarction, and acute heart failure (P < 0.05). Conclusion: early treatment to improve the effect of treatment of patients with acute cardiovascular has very important significance.
