目的：通过观察机械通气患者，采用丙泊酚镇静，采取相应的护理措施，获得最佳的镇静效果。方法：60例机械通气患者，给予丙泊酚镇静，动态观察用药前后各项生命体征、S a O2动脉血气分析及人机对抗的变化。结果：患者心率（P＜0.01）、血压（P＜0.05）、呼吸次数（P＜0.01）明显下降、SaO2明显升高（P＜0.01）；患者用药前后人机对抗（P＜0.01）及意外拔管明显的较少（P＜0.05）。结论：丙泊酚在机械通气患者中具有很好的镇静效果。
Objective: To investigate the mechanical y ventilated patients, the use of propofol, take the appropriate care measures, to get the best sedative effect. Methods: 60 patients with mechanical ventilation, giving propofol sedation, Vital signs before and after the dynamic observation of medication, changes in SaO2 arterial blood gas analysis and human-machine confrontation. Results: The patient's heart rate (P <0.01), blood pressure (P <0.05), Respiratory (P <0.01) decreased significantly, SaO2 increased significantly (P <0.01);The patients before and after treatment the human-machine confrontation (P <0.01) and the accidental pul tube significantly less (P <0.05). Conclusion: Propofol has a good calming effect on the mechanical y ventilated patients.
