objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy assisted D2 radical operation in the treatment of distal gastric cancer. Method,From 2010 August -2011 year in August I performed distal gastric cancer operation in the first people's Hospital of Wujin during the study of 46 patients. The incidence of postoperative recovery and observation and comparison of postoperative complications in the two groups. Results for the treatment of laparoscopic assisted radical D2 of the experimental group of 23 patients with postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than the control group of 23 patients, two groups has statistical y significant differences in P<0.05. Conclusion Clinical effect of laparoscopy assisted D2 radical operation in the treatment of distal gastric cancer significantly, worthy of clinical use.
