摘要
目的：探讨结直肠癌腹腔镜手术前不置胃管护理方法的可行性。方法选取96例结直肠癌患者，均进行腹腔镜手术治疗，其中40例手术前置胃管为对照组，56例手术前不置胃管为观察组。观察比较两组术后吻合口瘘、肛门排气、肺部感染、咽喉疼痛、恶心、呕吐、住院时间等的情况。结果观察组与对照组相比，住院时间和吻合口瘘的发生差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05），但是，在肛门排气、肺部感染、咽喉疼痛、恶心、呕吐等方面，观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不置胃管进行结直肠癌的腹腔镜手术，不会增加患者的胃胀气、胃内容物潴留等，而且更有利于患者的恢复，应逐渐推广应用。
Abstract
objective Study the feasibility without home tube nursing method of laparoscopic operation for rectal cancer before.We selected 96 cases of patients with colorectal cancer, underwent laparoscopic operation in the treatment of 40 cases of pre operation, the gastric tube as control group, 56 cases of operation without home tube into the observation group. Anastomotic fistula, were compared between the two groups of postoperative anal exhaust, pulmonary infection, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, hospitalization time of.Result The observation group and the control group were carried out smoothly operation, compared with the observation group and the control group, the hospitalization time and different anastomotic fistula had no statistical significance (P>0.05), but, in the anus exhaust, pulmonary infection, sore throat, nausea, vomiting and so on, the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation without home tube for colorectal cancer patients, does not increase the bloating, stomach contents retention, but also more conducive to the recovery of patients, should be gradually popularized.
