摘要
目的：浅析应用左卡尼汀治疗慢性肾功能不全3-4期的临床疗效。方法将78例慢性肾功能不全3-4期患者进行随机分组，分为试验组和对照组两组，对照组：对39例患者采取常规药物治疗；试验组：在对照组的基础上辅以左卡尼汀治疗。结果试验组的临床总有效率为87.2%，显著高于对照组71.9%（P＜0.05）；对比两组治疗前后的生化指标，试验组的均明显优于对照组，有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论采用左卡尼汀治疗慢性肾功能不全3-4期患者，其临床疗效显著，应广泛推广。
