摘要
目的：观察纤维桩树脂核修复残根、残冠的临床效果。方法收集病例80例，86个患牙，其中残根40个、残冠46个，经完善根管治疗后随机分为两组，39个采用纤维桩树脂核修复，47个采用铸造桩核修复，两组均制作烤瓷冠粘结固定，观察两组的临床效果。结果随访2年，纤维桩树脂核组成功率为92.31%，铸造桩核组成功率为91.49%。结论两组均取得良好的临床效果，在某些方面，纤维桩树脂核更具优势。
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of fiber post and resin core in restoration of residual root and crown. Methods Col ection of 80 cases ,86 teeth ,the root crown in 40 ,46 ,after perfect root canal therapy were divided into two groups:39 with fiber post and resin core repair and 47 with post core crowns.two groups al do PFM fixed restoration,observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The fol ow-up of 2-years,the success rate of fiber post and resin core group was 92.31%,the success rate of casting post and core group was 91.49%.Conclusion The two groups achieve good clinical effects,in some respects,fiber post and resin core has the advantage.
