摘要
目的：探讨在精神科封闭式管理病房对患者实施个性化优质护理服务的效果。方法研究组为实施个性化优质护理服务的120例精神分裂症患者。对照组为同期住院的116例精神分裂症患者实施以夯实基础护理为主的优质护理服务。结果住院期间通过护理安全档案汇总，研究组与对照组在治疗依从性、跌倒方面有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。社会功能方面分别有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。PANSS 、NOSIE在入组时无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论在精神科封闭式管理病房开展个性化优质护理服务，可降低护理风险，促进疾病的康复，缩短住院时间，是一项行之有效的护理模式。
