摘要
目的：探讨血细胞分析仪进行的计数结果的准确性和影响因素；方法：采用血细胞分析仪和显微镜下计数法；结果：静脉抗凝血放置60分钟对结果影响不大，预稀释血放置30分钟结果影响不大，60分钟差异变大。血小板含量越低结果偏差越大（p<0.05）讨论：仪器法存在血小板结果偏低或异常增高应做显微镜下手工计数复核。
Abstract
objective: to study the blood cellanalyzer for the accuracy of the count of results and influencing factors; Methods: the blood cellanalyzer and microscopic counting method; Results: intravenous anticoagulant placed 60 minutes, little influence on the results, dilution blood be placed for 30 minutes, 60 minutes difference. The lower platelet content result deviation (p 0.05) ? discussion: the greater the instrument method exists low platelets results or abnormal ones should do counting microscope manual review.
